Sources — official docs, pricing and risk disclosures (how to verify fast)

The sources we prioritize (pricing pages, terms, help centers, security docs, registries) and a 2-minute method to verify an important claim.

To reduce mistakes, we prioritize primary sources: official pricing/fees pages, terms, help center articles, and risk disclosures.

Source types (priority)

  1. Official pricing/fees pages (fees, spreads, FX conversion, withdrawals).
  2. Terms & risk disclosures (what you’re buying, CFD/crypto warnings).
  3. Help center (KYC, deposits/withdrawals, limits).
  4. Security pages (2FA, protections, account recovery).
  5. Registries / authorities when applicable (entity, warnings).

“2-minute verification” method

Before acting (deposit, trade, copy, withdraw), check:

  • the document date (and whether a local version exists for your country)
  • whether the page is about the asset or a CFD
  • the total cost (explicit fees + spread + FX conversion)
  • the withdrawal conditions (delay, fees, required docs)
